The Leadership Roundtable is an organization of laity, religious and clergy working together to promote excellence and best practices in the management, finances and human resources development of the Catholic Church in the U.S. by greater incorporation of the expertise of the laity. Our 2008 annual membership meeting featured outstanding leaders who are committed to excellence and are confident that ever greater levels of managerial effectiveness can be achieved at the parish level. Our deliberations focused onspecific strategies and practical recommendations for strengthening the leadership capacity and effectiveness of Catholic Church leaders – lay and ordained.
