It is been my absolute privilege to work with these three people who have given so much time, energy, and intellectual capital to ensuring that the Leadership Roundtable's resources are developed and disseminated. Each of them is going to highlight some key aspects of the accomplishments of the Roundtable. When they are finished, I am going to turn it over to you to ask questions, and to provide strategic guidance and advice to us.

Kerry Robinson, Tom Healey, Kathleen McChesney, Fr. Bryan Hehir
As a board, we are taking a careful look at the first three years of our activity, and as we anticipate the next three years, we are mindful of the growing demand for the services and resources we provide. We are eager to position ourselves in a way that will meet those challenges, and demands from the Church. Your advice and counsel toward meeting that objective is encouraged and welcome.
I would like to introduce three of my fellow board members.
Tom Healey is a retired partner of Goldman Sachs, and a Senior Fellow at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. He is treasurer of the Board of the National Leadership Roundtable on Church Management.
Kathleen McChesney is owed an enormous debt of gratitude from all of us for her work as the first director of the Office of Child and Youth Protection at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. She is currently the CEO of Kinsale Management Consultancy.
Fr. Bryan Hehir is the secretary for Social Services for the Archdiocese of Boston and the former head of Catholic Charities USA. |
