Our Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI has said: “it is an urgent task to rebuild confidence and trust” in the Church. The Leadership Roundtable is working with lay leaders, priests, religious and bishops to identify ways of strengthening trust in the Catholic Church in the US. |

Through the efforts of members of the Board of the National Leadership Roundtable on Church Management, the Archdiocese of New Orleans has decided to partner with the Leadership Roundtable to provide strategic analysis and support as it works to ensure the long-term vitality of Archdiocesan schools.

| As a result of the successful Leadership Roundtable held at the Wharton School in July 2004, a set of DVD’s and workbooks have been developed for use at the parish and diocesan levels. These DVD’s and workbooks facilitate discussion helping parishioners and parish leaders to focus on the areas of management, finances and human resources at the local level. The DVD’s and workbooks are available to parishes and dioceses, as well as other individuals and organizations. Copies may be ordered using the Publications Order Form. |

Leadership Roundtable, Wharton School, July 2004 - Over a two-day period, leaders from the Church, from the business world and from the nonprofit sector gathered at the Wharton School in Philadelphia to discuss ways to strengthen the governance, human resources, financial structures and management of the Catholic Church in the US. The final report including 27 priority recommendations and 21 longer term recommendations is available online. Copies may be ordered using the Publications Order Form. |
