| Getting Involved in our Work |
If you would like help promote excellence and best
practices in the management, finances and human
resources of the Catholic Church, there are several
things you can do.
First and most important is to be an active member
of your parish community. Talk with fellow
parishioners. Talk with your pastor and pastoral staff.
Talk with your parish pastoral council. Talk with your
parish finance council. What needs exist in your
parish in the areas of management, finances and
human resources? What skills exist among your
parishioners that aren’t being tapped? Discuss how
you can best volunteer in collaboration with others.
