| The National Leadership Roundtable on Church Management has produced two DVDs, one designed for parish audiences and one designed for diocesan audiences. Each professionally produced DVD contains material relevant for discussion on Church management, Church finances and Church personnel development. Each DVD is accompanied by a workbook designed to facilitate groups of parishioners, pastoral council members and finance council members, to meet to reflect upon these important issues. |

| The DVDs feature highly respected bishops, priests, religious and lay ecclesial ministers as well as senior level executives from the secular world. Each section lays out challenges and recommendations for responding to the temporal needs of the Church. Also provided are examples of best practices currently occurring around the country. |

| It is our hope that parishes and dioceses will use these DVDs to stimulate discussion about their own approaches to management, human resource development and finances and ways in which they might be improved. |
